HOW INTERNATIONAL ROAMING WORKS
When you travel outside the United States, you can activate international roaming on your line.
Roaming allows you to:
- Make and receive calls
- Send and receive texts
- Use mobile data
Roaming is billed based on destination and usage.
You activate it only when you need it.
BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Before leaving the U.S.:
- Log into your Switch account
- Select your line
- Enable International Roaming
- Review rates for your destination
Once enabled, your phone will connect automatically when you arrive in a supported country.
ROAMING RATES
Roaming rates vary by country and by usage type (calls, texts, data).
We recommend reviewing rates in advance so you know what to expect.
CONTROL YOUR USAGE
You stay in control while roaming.
You can:

No automatic long-term international subscriptions.
